The first principle of cleaning a house is to throw away stuff that is not required, before we bring in new furniture. Same goes with the health also.
Removing stuff that is harming our health - junk food, unhealthy habits, toxic relationships, erratic routine, negative self talk and chronic stress, is as important as inculcating good habits.
Yes, it’s simple to understand what is harming us but it does not mean it’s easy to part ways with them.
A lot of times just a ‘right’ diet plan does not solve every problem. A little guidance and encouraging words goes a long way in changing habits.
