When patients and physicians come together, we can learn from one and another in engaging ways that are simply not possible when we are looking for health information alone. Because online sharing in health is a new concept, you should be comfortable and confident that you can share securely and privately. This is why on Rustic Wisdom you can ask health questions and explore health information without also sharing your personal identity. We call this "secure sharing." How does it work? When you share health information on Rustic Wisdom, only you know who you are. Your identity is protected. Your chosen doctor is able to view all your medical details, queries and any supporting material that you may have provided with the case, but what he does not get to know is any of the information which identifies you which includes your name and contact details. Our company culture respects the values of secure sharing. Our employees receive privacy training, and we have written our Privacy Statement in easy to read language.
Your Identity is Private
Your real name is private, and this is not shared with doctors. Personally Identifiable Information is not visible to doctors on the site
We are Secure
We provide Bank-Level Security and encryption. Verification is required to reset a password.
Tips for Staying Secure
Here are some tips about how to stay private and share securely:
Always keep your password private. Do not reveal Personally Identifiable Information to doctors on Rustic Wisdom (for example, do not give a your name or phone number when exchanging Messages, and do not post Personally Identifiable Information on the consultation query)
Do not leave an active Rustic Wisdom session unattended
